Important Tips To Remember When Filling In A Permittee Application:

• Review the Departmental Requirements document to see what each Department requires before you apply.
• Please read the forms carefully and make sure you fulfill the requirements detailed on the application.
• Provide photocopied proof of work experience, qualifications, references, and any other evidence you are providing to support your application.
• Remember to enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your application and the $75.00 processing fee (cash or money order only).

If you submit an application with incomplete information or without possessing the necessary qualifications, please be aware that the processing fee is non-refundable. Applications can take up to four months to process. You will be notified by mail as soon as your application has been reviewed. Please do not telephone and inquire as to the status of your application. Departments are responsible for reviewing and approving Permittee applications. It is necessary to correspond with the department in writing as there are no representatives of the department at the Union Office.

Applications must be delivered in person or by post. E-mailed applications will not be accepted.
